Case Study: FRP ETP installation in Textile units
Thinkgreen has supplied more than 300 FRP based Effluent treatment plants in small scale textile processing units in Gujarat.
Gujarat is a textile hub and is full of clusters of small and medium textile units. Most of the small units are unorganized and lack a know how on addressing the wastewater with appropriate treatment methodologies.
As a part of our standard procedure we understood the requirement of each and every unit including the space constraints in most of the units, budget for the treatment systems, discharge norms of the treated effluent, plant portability,etc and then came up with unique solutions of developing and installing the FRP ETPs in each unit. The non corrosive and highly durable FRP ETPs were developed in a way where they were light in weight, could fit in most congested spaces in the premises (above the ground, under the ground, at elevated levels, etc), very economical in comparison to typical RCC and mild steel plants and satisfying the prescribed norms.
